Website privacy
Leadspanic, a Local Sphere product, uses the information you provide to evaluate and respond to your growth inquiry. Contact us at [email protected] about your information or this notice.
Information you submit
The form collects your name, work email, company, market, decision, and contact permission. Optional fields include website, role, business type, locations, timing, available data, and your challenge. We store the request, qualification details, timestamps, and an identifier used to prevent duplicate submissions. Our hosting services also process network information needed to provide the website and limit abuse. Please do not submit customer records, sensitive personal information, or confidential business records through this form.
How we use inquiries
We use your information to review fit, prepare and discuss a brief or service scope, acknowledge receipt, notify our team, and follow up about your request. Your contact permission relates to this request; it does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter. Request records are stored using Cloudflare services. Our email providers process acknowledgments and team notifications.
Optional measurement
Measurement is off unless you choose “Allow measurement.” If you allow it, we store first and latest campaign attribution in your browser for up to 90 days, including campaign labels, a referrer hostname, a fixed landing path, and timestamps. We record landing-view and form-start events and associate campaign attribution with an accepted lead. Without measurement permission, we do not attach campaign attribution to your request, persist browser attribution, or load Meta.
With permission, a separate measurement page loads the Meta Pixel (ID 876748460897493) and sends PageView and accepted Lead events. The Lead event carries a request event identifier for deduplication. Our custom events do not contain your form entries or contact details. Meta receives technical information through its Pixel, such as network/device information and the measurement page address, and may set cookies. Automatic configuration is disabled and we do not supply advanced-matching contact fields. Meta processes information under its privacy policy.
Your choices
Use “Measurement preferences” to allow or reject optional measurement at any time. Rejection removes the measurement frame, clears our stored attribution and Meta cookies accessible to this site, and stops further measurement requests from our code. It does not erase events already received by providers. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by keeping measurement off. Your form remains available with measurement rejected.
Retention and requests
Browser campaign attribution expires after 90 days. We retain inquiry records for evaluating and handling the relationship and related operational needs; an automatic deletion period for those server records has not been configured. Email copies may remain in the recipient mailboxes. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, and we will review the request and explain any remaining retention needs.
